Your pack shipment
Packages will usually be delivered to you within 1-5 working days of payment being received. Orders are usually shipped via UPS, DHL express, Royal Mail or DPD courier.
When receiving the product from the cargo, the buyer is responsible for ensuring that the cargo arrives safely and checking it. If the incoming cargo is crushed or damaged, a report must be submitted to the cargo carrier.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging fees as well as postage costs. Transport charges are fixed, while transport charges vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend grouping your items in a single row. We cannot group two different orders placed separately and shipping charges will apply to each of them. Your package will be shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to protecting breakable objects.
